Miel’s Story
The story behind this song originates with Miel’s nanny, a strong believer in God. The memory of them walking in the Swiss woods with her brother is something Miel wanted to be translated into video. Miel continues:
“I had in my mind’s eye, the picture of my 90-year-old nanny when my brother and I walked in the Swiss woods with her. There was this mixed feeling of safety, beauty, groundedness and connection between us.
My nanny believes strongly in God and seems to have transmitted this to me. The song is about souls in a gorgeous forest setting being joined in a prayer for doing good in the world.
This seemed a particularly important message to release once more into the world in our fraught times when values are often challenged.”
